1 Bit Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the 1 Bit Pixel application for iPad and Mac. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information — which is easy, because we collect none.

// INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Nothing. 1 Bit Pixel has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads.
Your artwork: projects are stored on your device or in your personal iCloud Drive. We never see them.
Purchase: the app is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple. We receive no personal information about you.

// DATA STORAGE

Projects are .1bp files on your device, or in your iCloud Drive if you choose iCloud storage.
iCloud sync uses Apple's secure infrastructure and your personal container — we have no access to it.
We operate no servers that store user content.

// NETWORK ACCESS

The app makes exactly one kind of network request: if you import a color palette from Lospec, it fetches that palette from lospec.com. Nothing about you or your work is sent — only the palette name you asked for. If you never use Lospec import, the app makes no network requests at all.

// THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Apple iCloud: optional project storage and sync (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
Apple App Store: purchase processing
Lospec: palette downloads, only when you request one

// YOUR RIGHTS

Your artwork is yours — export it in a dozen formats at any time
Delete any project at any time; deleting the app removes all local data
iCloud projects can be managed and deleted from the Files app or iCloud settings

// CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our app does not collect information from anyone, including children. It is suitable for all ages.
