Which devices?
1 Bit Pixel runs on iPad (iPadOS 17+) and Mac (macOS 14+). Apple Pencil is optional but recommended on iPad.
What can I export?
PNG, GIF, APNG, MP4, sprite sheet (with JSON), frame sequence (ZIP), SVG, CSS, ICO, HEIC, TGA, QOI, Aseprite, and layered PSD.
Can I import work from other apps?
Yes — PNG, GIF, WebP, TGA, QOI and APNG images, plus layered Aseprite and PSD files.
Layers and animation?
Yes — unlimited layers with groups & blend modes, and a full frame-by-frame timeline with tags, onion skin and linked cels.
Is my work private?
Everything stays on your device (or your own iCloud). No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
